Thery are built tough and I have several units with extreme usage (ie 900k sq ft ) that have required minimal maintenence-cleaning , heads and service stations. Very robust system
The update to the 1600/2600 most noteably offered faster print times w all but zero lag between prints
It literally is printing the next sheet, cutting when paper is at the correct spot
